Elizabeth studied theology in college and decided to work in social services upon graduating. Eventually, she realized her personality aligned better with customer service, so she joined a different local startup before being recruited by OfferUp. Once she was hired, it didn’t take long for Elizabeth to be promoted to her current role.
Elizabeth heads in earlier than most of her co-workers, since flexible hours allow her to come in at 7:30 AM to get started before the team’s morning stand-up meeting. Her main goal is to make sure her team is set up for success so they can address customer needs quickly and report feedback from the community to other internal teams.
