With a degree in mathematics, Kristin gained her recruiting experience by working at her aunt’s recruiting firm. After a year, Kristin applied for a job at Odyssey to provide personalized experiences for the company’s consultant candidates. After being with the company for over eight years, Kristin looks forward to what the future will hold in the security market.
Kristin’s work as a Senior Technical Recruiter revolves around her interactions with people. She looks through resumes, chats with current consultant candidates, and prepares them for interviews on a daily basis. Kristin developed Odyssey’s six-week internship program, training recent graduates to work hand-in-hand with employees to giving them opportunities to be hired full-time.
