Every quarter, NPR Digitial Media lets the team loose for 2-3 days to unplug, collaborate, and create. Employees get the time off, to let their creativity loose on anything NPR-related. This time enables employees to dream up ideas with groups they might not interact with otherwise, sometimes even turning those ideas into products.
