Setting The Example
Stephanie completed a degree in electrical engineering—in addition to a handful of internships that gave her experience working with defense contract companies. While attending a Society of Women Engineers conference, she heard about and applied to Northrop Grumman. Now, Stephanie helps carry on the tradition by returning to the same conference to recruit more female leaders.

Stephanie serves as part of an intricate network of engineers and government customers who shape programs to meet the requirements necessary to complete various missions. She focuses on space ISR systems and helps make sure each contract comes together from a technical perspective—which often includes a lot of research and design.
