Scott studied electrical engineering at the University of Massachusetts before continuing on to complete a master’s degree in the same subject at Penn State. After completing his education—with an impressive spread of experience—Scott was recruited to join Northrop Grumman to lend his design expertise to the systems being developed by the company.

To carry out his goal of taking projects from design, to building, and ultimately through testing, Scott spends his days performing a range of tasks that enable each of those phases to be successful. When he isn’t modeling hardware or tracking details and budgets in spreadsheets, he contributes to special projects in the space radar realm.
