Originally from Chicago, Samantha received her master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology. Soon after, she started as an intern at Northrop Grumman. Despite not knowing what work at the company would entail, Samantha earned a spot in its professional development program, where she’s constantly engaged with Northrop Grumman staff.
Samantha’s job thrives on collaboration. Whether she’s attending a meeting with business partners, executives, or HR professionals, Samantha’s always ready to find new ways to enhance Northrop Grumman’s employee practices. In a pivotal project, she shaped and designed the intern program by bringing in executive speakers and hosting networking events.
“My favorite part about working at Northrop Grumman is the work we do on space telescopes. I’m not an engineer, but I learn so much every day, and I could talk about these products for hours. It’s one of the coolest things we do here.”
“The work at Northrop Grumman is challenging, and things are always changing. Someone with a strong resolve and good character would be a great fit for the company.”
