Amy attended the University of Connecticut, where she studied human development and family studies. With the desire to make a difference in the world, Amy worked in the non-profit industry for a few years, but she realized there wasn’t much potential for personal growth. Eventually, she found North American Power and started in its fundraising program.
Amy works to ensure that each North American Power customer—right from the moment they sign up for service—has a fantastic experience. Amy also collaborates with the rest of the Marketing Team to create new and differentiated products—such as the new home energy report that gives customers unparalleled insights into how their homes use power.
