Madeline's Story
Motivated By Mechanics
Madeline chose to follow in her father's footsteps and become a mechanical engineer because she liked examining and understanding the way things work. She applied for internships to build experience, worked at Nordson while she earned her degree, and was offered a full-time position at the company after her graduation.

With flexible work hours, Madeline prefers to begin her day at 7 AM. She reviews emails and plans a productive schedule, which includes lab testing and brainstorming with engineers on new products. Madeline occasionally works with the Marketing Team to implement consumer feedback into new features, and teams with manufacturers to deploy final designs.
