Natalie came from a completely different background before No-IP. She graduated from Penn State University as a journalism and political science double major. Natalie then became a Marketing Coordinator for Atlantis Casino Resort and Spa. Atlantis’ bureaucratic culture did not sit well with her carefree personality, and before long, she found that No-IP was a much better match.
No-IP’s startup culture allows Natalie to create her own flexible work schedule. Sometimes, she may take off early and go skiing down Reno’s beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. But on most days, Natalie is ready to lead her 10 AM stand-up meeting and assist other teams with projects outside of marketing.
“Since we’re a small company, we’re looking for folks who are comfortable wearing multiple hats, who like to take projects and run with them, and who can take constructive criticism from others and make something great with that advice.”
“Let your true personality and talents shine during the interview process.”
