Josephine attended pharmacy tech school and spent 10 years in the industry before making her way to NFP. Working in a pharmacy showed her how much she loved helping people, so she slowly started shifting her focus to benefits administration. Josephine came across an NFP job posting online and was sold after reading about the organization’s achievements.
Josephine begins her morning anytime between 8 and 9 a.m. She starts by checking out new webinars on the company’s employee portal in order to offer the most up-to-date service to her small business clients. Throughout the day, Josephine answers inquiries, renews accounts, and sends out contracts to new partners.
