An economics graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Keith took a post-graduate job in outside sales, but found he was not passionate about the position. Having learned basic computer science in school, Keith took a leap and applied to work with Nexus Systems in 2009. Impressed with his prowess, the company offered him the position, and he happily ran with his good luck.
In the office by 10 AM, Keith immediately hops on any urgent issues that may have arisen over night. Afterward, he prioritizes the remaining tickets and deals with additional concerns as they come in. Keith also oversees scheduled software upgrades and keeps his eyes out for any improvements that can be made for issues that recur repeatedly.
