Simon studied computer science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. After graduation, a friend already working at Next Century said to him, “This is the kind of place you can work the rest of your life.” So Simon decided to apply—and saw it was 100% true. He joined the incredibly talented team and hasn’t looked back.

Simon starts his days in stand-up meetings with the Tech and Engineering Teams. He uses this time to delegate tasks and assist with any necessary roadblock removal. After that, Simon spends time interfacing with clients to negotiate contracts and gather important intel on necessary improvements or potential places to grow Next Century platforms.
