MaryLynn majored in digital art and design at Towson University. MaryLynn was referred to the company from a friend, and she began her journey with Next Century as a temporary administrative assistant. Wanting to join the User Experience Team, she worked with mentors and leadership within the company to gain the experience and further education she needed to move into the role of an Apprentice Human Factors Engineer.
MaryLynn works to understand users' needs and pain points by empathizing with them in order to make them successful. By improving their ability to do their own job, MaryLynn contributes to the greater mission—and to facilitating the work of users whose goal is to save lives. Through different user experience techniques, she solves problems for people, makes customers look good, and helps users become more proficient at their jobs.
