Lauren graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in industrial and management engineering. After graduation she spent a few years working with a software organization, and had just begun to search for more meaningful work when she met some New York Life recruiters at a networking event and felt an immediate connection to the cause.
Lauren’s days begin in different departmental meetings. She works across the company to plan and support efforts to modernize technologies and terminologies that will enable customers and agents to interact more efficiently.
