Chester joined New York Life through the company's Rotational Associate Program. He was initially interested primarily in HR, and then rotated through various divisions, from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to the HR Operations, Services, and Benefits Team—before ultimately landing in his role as an HR Business Partner.
Chester works specifically with New York Life's Technology Team. It's his job to support the team from an HR standpoint, offering guidance and resolving any issues that pop up throughout the day. He also oversees various initiatives and works with management on developing their teams.
