Nicoll studied family sciences and human interaction in college—and hoped to become a counselor after graduating. However, she found that recruiting allowed her to blend those same skills with business and technology, so she officially made the switch. Now, she’s a master people-finder and an enthusiastic cheerleading coach on the side.
Nicoll makes hiring magic as part of a three-person Recruiting Team. In fact, she’s helped NewWave double in size by sourcing potential employees across many online channels. When she spots a good one, she’s quick to schedule an interview. Then, Nicoll checks with management to line up the next skill set she needs to track down.
