A typical work day for Carlos means coming in on the weekend or at night to serve the NeueHouse community—catering happy hours, cultural programs, and special events. From kitchen preparation to supply deliveries and staff scheduling, Carlos provides NeueHouse members with delicious food and drink—and impeccable service—around the clock.
