Jaleesa learned all her sales and teamwork skills from the real world, having worked in the restaurant industry. Once she heard about Networx and realized she could combine her bubbly personality with sales, she applied. Now she studies business management and human resources at night after heating up the sales floor all day.
Jaleesa arrives around 8 AM to give herself some warm-up time before hitting the phones. After a morning meeting to touch base with leadership, she’s off to the races—and she’s likely in first place. Her goal is to turn inquirers into recurring customers, which she does especially well during the team’s Power Hour from 5 to 6 PM.
