Kairos, Networked Insights’ flagship software program, takes in all the consumer data a company can collect and returns marketable insights about how that data can be used. It offers all types of information—from what movies gluten-free people enjoy most to female athletes’ favorite comedians, allowing clients to create content that reaches every single person in their opportunity audiences.

Each morning, Shane sits down with his team to discuss and delegate the day’s to-do list. Together, they are responsible for every aspect of product support—from writing out help documentation and onboarding new Networked Insights customers to issuing bug notices to the company’s developers and creating promotional materials for platforms.
