Krystal started working in property management while gaining her degree in communications and continued in that vein after graduation. Enjoying the career but craving something bigger, Krystal was drawn to National Corporate Housing due to the personal assistance the company provides to its diverse and interesting professional clients—including executives, entertainers, and athletes.
As an account manager, Krystal directs much of her energy towards sales, working with communities and private owners to build bonds and ensure that all contracts are correct. She also spends a lot of time providing customer service to clients—and really enjoys the ability to get to know her clients in a personal way.
“We have a lot of different clients from a lot of different walks of life, and I really get to forge those relationships, which is something that I truly enjoy.”
