Unexpected Opportunities
In college, Veronica had intended to become an English professor. After realizing academia wasn’t for her, she attended law school and worked as an associate at a New York law firm before moving to the Bay Area. Initially, Veronica joined Mosaic for a two-month stint. But Mosaic was so impressed with Veronica’s work that the company offered her a full-time role.

What Veronica Does
Assistant General Counsel
Veronica uses her legal expertise and knowledge of the tech industry to facilitate business relationships and ensure Mosaic is compliant across all levels of the organization. She works on cross-departmental matters and negotiates a broad range of contracts. Although Veronica had envisioned she’d only work as part-time transactional counsel while raising her child, Mosaic’s offer was too wonderful to pass up.

“I came on board while I was pregnant, thinking it would be a temporary, two-month stint. The assignment went so well that the company asked me to come back after my maternity leave.”
