Rebecca received two bachelor's degrees, in finance and economics, before attending graduate school for her MBA. She took a position in Mohawk’s Financial Division, and later began taking on responsibilities in Manufacturing Operations as well—which she loved. Eventually, Rebecca was able to transition to a 100 percent Operations Management role in Logistics.
Rebecca arrives in the office at 8 AM to check her email and prepare for executive meetings or team collaboration sessions that help determine the direction of her day. She’s responsible for organizing and overseeing a team of nearly 2000 delivery drivers, warehouse workers, clerical and administrative staff, and Mohawk managers.
