Natalia studied marketing with a minor in technical communications at Mercer University's Stetson School of Business and Economics. She accumulated a wealth of experience interning for a number of start-ups, civic organizations, and large corporations in California, Georgia, and even Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and after her graduation in 2015, Natalia was immediately recruited by Mohawk Industries.

Natalia wakes up early to determine the day’s objectives—preparing for around five meetings she set two weeks in advance. She then visits existing clients in order to assist in their sales, display, and marketing strategies, and speaks about specific issues her accounts are facing in order to offer the best possible solutions.
