Originally from India, Shailesh moved to the United States in search of a major career change. He’d been working in accounting, but it was while studying computer science that he found his passion. When his old co-workers were hired at mobileforming, they convinced him to join—and he considers it the best move he ever made.
Shailesh is the last line of defense before a product goes to market. When he arrives at the office, he checks his queue to see how many issue tickets he has so he can assess and prioritize his day. After the morning stand-up, in which the team discusses current projects, Shailesh attacks the queue, solving problems left and right.
