Nae attended the University of Cincinnati, where she studied information systems. A few years into her career, she decided to take some time off to raise her children. When Nae was ready to re-enter the workforce, Michelman was right on her radar. She applied for an administrative position that she quickly parlayed into a customer service role.
Nae spends her days answering emails and fielding phone calls from customers in need of assistance. She works closely with Sales and Production Teams to determine when an order will be available—and then communicates that information back to clients to ensure that the entire order process always runs smoothly.
