Michelle’s background is in industrial design—she’s always loved learning how things work and how they’re built. She started her role at the company working on projects for concept cars, gaining invaluable experience, and learning how engineers think. Michelle has done everything from shipping car software to creating applications for mobile and wearable devices.

Michelle's job varies from day to day. Among her many responsibilities are administering workshops, attending meetings with both internal and external design partners, and interacting with trend and user researchers in order to gain insight on specific projects. She also enjoys the company's "meeting-free Thursdays," which allow her to focus on driving innovation.
