Yarden wasn’t sure what type of career path she wanted to pursue after studying international affairs and communications at Northeastern University. Luckily, during her senior year, she discovered Meltwater at a career fair, and she was completely drawn by the dynamic culture and opportunity to own the sales process—from start to finish—in her first job out of college.
On any given day, Yarden is responsible for a number of different duties, including training and recruitment, sales methodology, personal development, and career goal attainment for her staff. She loves creating a supportive environment for her team, encouraging staff to celebrate each other’s victories both big and small.
