Megan attended Rutgers University, where she studied communications. Although her role at Medidata is sales-based, her education helped her develop the ability to express herself in a clear and concise matter. That skill is directly applicable to her current position at the company, and she enjoys drawing on her knowledge of communications to do her job.
Because Medidata’s Inside Sales Team is office-based, Megan and her team work more collaboratively than most Sales Teams, which operate remotely. For Megan, Medidata’s Sales Department feels like a big family. That she feels connected to the people she works with helps her excel at her job, and knowing that her work helps people and benefits public health is incredibly rewarding.
