With aspirations to be a doctor, Imani studied neuroscience at Northeastern University before transferring to Rutgers, where she majored in psychology and English. Unsure whether to attend medical school, Imani decided to work in the field of clinical trials instead. Ultimately, she made the right decision—Imani’s knowledge of medicine is useful and helps her on the job.
Imani loves being able to express herself at work—it’s what motivates her to come into the office. She really believes the diversity and collaborative environment at Medidata foster better communication and benefit the company. Getting to interact with fellow co-workers in an open space inspires her both creatively and intellectually.
