After graduating UC Davis with a degree in communications and community & regional development, Natalie returned to Silicon Valley. She began researching startups in the area—she knew she wanted to work someplace new and exciting. Medallia stood out—Natalie could tell the company valued and utilized customer feedback in cool ways.
Natalie rides Caltrain to work, arriving at the office by 8:30 AM. Before making any sales calls, she and her team meet for a brief huddle. They discuss ways to improve their pitches before deciding on a quote for the day. After that, Natalie outlines the day’s agenda and determines which accounts to prospect.
“People who work here have unique and quirky personalities—and we come from all different backgrounds. The fact that we’re able to come together in the same room to share our ideas and different perspectives is really special.”
“It’s clear that Medallia really cares about us, our health, and who we are as people.”
