At MealPal, she has helped the company grow, built a team, and merged her social work background and interpersonal skills to build powerful relationships between MealPal consumers and the product.

When Lauren isn’t answering phone calls, replying to emails, or growing MealPal’s social media followers on Twitter and Facebook, she’s helping Customer Experience Team members with career development to ensure each team member participates in areas of interest. Lauren ensures that MealPal users have positive product experiences and that Customer Experience Team employees have supportive, satisfying careers.
