Ashley imagined a future in fashion—but after studying merchandising management, she realized it wasn’t her calling. She fell in love with the concept of MealPal after meeting its co-founders at a coffee shop. Ashley believed in the product, joined the team, and watched MealPal grow from an innovative idea to a thriving business.
Ashley has daily check-ins with every Sales Team member and business development representatives in each city—corresponding regularly by email or phone to confirm MealPal’s people are prepared. In addition to interviewing new candidates, Ashley also motivates and mentors teams to manage sales cycles and close on calls, meetings, and appointments.
