Kyle entered college as a football player, but quickly saw that he wasn’t quite pro material. So he set his sights on real estate instead of trophies—which led to a handful of internships. Dabbling in the space before graduating showed Kyle that he’d found his fit, and his first job making cold calls and evaluating properties paved the way for much more.
