Chad has always been a go-getter, so leaving his MBA program only meant one thing—that he had something extraordinary lined up. Chad considers himself a pitch man—happiest and most effective on the phone, interacting with potential customers and junior agents. However, his days still start with emails and to-do lists. Though he loves when agents bring him a deal to pitch, Chad devotes just as much time to training newer agents, so every deal is a team effort.
