What Tiffany Does
Rotation Consultant
Tiffany joined Mercer’s in North America rotation program, which is a leadership development opportunity facilitating exposure across Mercer’s three lines of business—health, wealth, and career. The program participants gain greater exposure and experience to the different products and services that Mercer offers. Tiffany feels the program crafts stronger consultants and is an investment in the company.

“For some people, a big organization can feel like being a small fish in a big pond. For me, it provided a structure and organizational support. We have a lot of subject matter experts, so you can dive deep in what you’re doing and focus on being really good at it.”

“One of the things I like about Mercer is that they provide a lot of training support and career development. Here, you can have a clear career track, versus at some small organizations, where it’s not as well-defined.”
