Chris earned his bachelor’s in psychology from Pacific University and a master’s in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University. He first saw Mercer at a career event and was impressed with the authenticity of the company representatives—who talked a lot about MMC’s desire to be one of the great places to work and do great work for clients.

In his three years as part of the HR Development Program, Chris has held various HR roles across many of the operating companies at MMC, including Total Rewards at Marsh, Talent Acquisition with MMC Corporate, and Workforce Planning at Mercer. In his current role, Chris develops and supports the global implementation of Mercer’s people strategy.
