Working Toward Tomorrow
A consistent philosophy across MMC is “Make tomorrow today” because communication and collaboration are keystones of the company’s culture. A company-wide webpage called Chatter creates an online open forum, where people throughout the organization can exchange the latest industry developments and share the latest articles that their colleagues would find interesting.

The benefit is exchanging constant communication so I can walk around Marsh and hear engaging conversations between different departments, sharing knowledge on the latest client issue or recent trends.”
