Instead of choosing between a creative or technical field, Michelle mixed the two with a double degree in communications and accounting. She then analyzed P&L impact as a CPA at Ernst & Young and crafted brand identities and experiences at 360 Live Media. Ultimately, Michelle chose Marriott for the opportunity to join its pursuit to innovate, expand, and elevate the travel experience.
Michelle lends her branding and marketing know-how to 19 different global brands under the Marriott umbrella. Her days are spent tailoring details to each “personality” while also considering a brand’s place in the market. Michelle tackles everything, from positioning and targeting customers to developing new Brand programs and building scalable global solutions.
