Hailing from Philadelphia, Lisa studied psychology before moving to Aspen, where she worked for seven years in management, handling HR onboarding at a ski resort. Moving to Michigan, Lisa sought to continue her career in HR—without settling into a drab cubicle. In finding Mango, Lisa was instantly drawn in by its vibrant and creative culture.
Lisa manages the Mango Advancement Center, or MAC, which is Mango’s HR Department—and the name speaks volumes about the company’s approach. Working closely with various departments to recruit the best candidates, conduct interviews, handle documentation, and implement new methods for development, Lisa is helping to directly shape the creative culture at Mango.
