Foreign Adaptations
Jon had been a hospitality manager in the Michigan area, but when he moved to Brazil, his lack of Portuguese forced him into other trades. After three years teaching English, fixing computers, and building websites, Jon returned to Michigan and was tipped off about Mango—where he’s held multiple roles and continued to expand his skills.

Once his team has arrived in the office each morning, Jon leads a daily stand-up meeting before everyone breaks off into smaller teams to tackle projects. When he isn’t working on tasks, Jon can be found meeting with department heads about future ideas—or picking up as many new skills as he can.
