Ben’s Story
Learning by Doing
Having studied interactive design, Ben took his first job as a junior developer and learned hands-on the fundamentals behind web creation—rising to become the Creative Director. Later, working for the company as a freelancer, Ben became familiar with Mango, and when the time for expansion came, Mango’s Chief of Staff reached out and asked Ben to join the team.

What Ben Does
Product Design Manager
With a team comprised of many remote workers, Ben spends a lot of time bouncing ideas around on Slack, trying to distill the varied talents, ideas, and methods from his designers into a single unified aesthetic. As Mango expands, Ben is on the lookout for passionate designers to help create everything from small delights to major overhauls.
