With a background in audio engineering, Zachary originally moved to New York City for an internship at a recording studio. From there, he moved into large-scale customer service and made his way to MakerBot in that capacity. He found himself fascinated with software-support liaison, however, and jumped at the chance to eventually join the Software Team.
Zachary spends his days purposefully trying to break new MakerBot software. It’s his job to perform tests that expose potential bugs and vulnerabilities in new products. Once found, he works closely with developers to properly repair issues, re-test the product to pure perfection, and then sign off on the software’s release-ready state.
