After studying consumer behavior and management at Tulane, Katy left New Orleans to begin a career in qualitative market research. With seven years of experience under her belt, Katy returned to New Orleans—in search of a new challenge at an innovative company—when a friend at Lucid plugged her into an exciting opportunity.

Senior Manager, Customer Success
Katy’s main goal is to make sure that Lucid’s supply partners on Fulcrum remain happy and gain the maximum return out of their use of the platform. This requires handling both the internal operations in addition to working externally with the client, to listen and guide them throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
