Nicolas crossed the pond and began a new career when he moved to New York. His background in psychology at the University of Sussex led to designing online instructional content for other companies—which prepared him for instructional design at LRN. As it turns out, Nicolas also had a knack for innovative technologies, so he was promoted—to take LRN as far as his move brought him.
For Nicolas, LRN is comparable to a technology playground—which means he’s involved in a lot of cross-team collaborations. Once he’s helped build and launch a product, Nicolas also measures and collects user feedback—people are the reason for everything LRN does. To keep pushing the bar, Nicolas experiments with AR applications and chatbots to leverage content in new ways.
