Nate was always interested in creating engaging and instructional content, and his first job out of college was at a toy company—creating instructional games for kids. When the opportunity to work for LRN came along, Nate was intrigued by the company’s mission and culture. At LRN, Nate appreciates that he is able to impact real individuals’ lives and help them grow.
Nate spends his time working with partners to really understand the ins and outs of what makes them tick. He then takes this research and analysis and thinks about ways he might be able to implement instructional interventions to assist employees within partner organizations to think about issues, learn how to be better leaders, and find new ways of relating to each other.
