Like many other LRN employees, Jennifer followed an atypical path. The majority of Jennifer’s career was in publishing, leading content development groups and working with new technologies. When she learned about LRN, however, the eclectic nature of the organization and the flat corporate structure it champions spoke to her. Jennifer thought her expertise could be useful to the company, and she got started right away.
Jennifer spends her days at LRN facilitating the company’s processes wherever she’s needed. She’s involved in LRN’s partner collaborations, such as Code of Conduct advisement and education initiatives. She works with writers, editors, and designers to create content that will help LRN’s partners serve and retain amazing employees—achieving values-based workplaces.
