Emily began her professional career in the world of environmental non-profits, and she learned of LRN when she came to hear a talk at the company’s office. Emily was highly impressed by LRN’s mission and its commitment to changing the world. She kept in touch with a few people she met that night and soon began a series of conversations that landed her a job.

Emily spends her time developing diagnostic tools to assess company culture and intervention solutions for LRN’s partner organizations. She uses her intimate understanding of company best practices to analyze a partner’s company culture and then delivers that understanding as well as a set of recommendations for partners to improve the way they do business.
