The LRN company structure is flat and fluid, and, as a result, employees collaborate to set their yearly agendas. At the start of each year, the Executive Committee decides the company strategy, and it’s the job of the Employee-Managed Operations Committee to develop plans to implement those strategic objectives. The collaborative plan is then communicated back to all of LRN—giving co-workers the opportunity to offer any suggestions.
Striving to help people around the world do the right thing, LRN has been the leader in corporate ethics and compliance training for more than 20 years. In addition to its proprietary learning management system and award-winning library of over 400 online courses, LRN helps organizations live their values through advisory, research, assessments, and other advanced, values-based solutions.
