A Northern New Jersey native, Edmund went to Hofstra University and studied television, video, and film. He then worked in various production jobs as a freelancer, but decided he wanted something more permanent and to work for a company with a clear and focused mission. Edmund had always had an enthusiasm for new media and internet streaming, which made Livestream a great fit for his skills and interests.
In his position, Edmund supervises the Customer Support Team that handles all of the customer support requests that come in via phone and email, making sure that each ticket gets addressed in a timely matter. He also works directly with the Development Team to troubleshoot bugs and resolve all platform, hardware, and software issues so that Livestream's customers are always satisfied.
