After college, Allison spent some time traveling to different countries and teaching English. When she finally decided to return to the States, she moved to San Francisco to join a SaaS company in an account management position. She enjoyed the experience so much, she spent the next eight years managing customer success at a number of startups, eventually making her way to LiveRamp.
It’s important to Allison to be available to guide her teammates throughout the workweek—so she schedules one-on-one meetings with every member of her team on a bi-weekly basis. She also collaborates on projects with LiveRamp’s Product and Sales Teams, and she’s constantly strategizing to discover new ways to keep LiveRamp’s customers happy as the company scales.
